Routine Immunizations
We are not an enrolled Medicare provider.
Immunizations—or vaccinations—are among the most cost-effective and safe preventive measures available to protect children and adults from a long list of life-threatening, vaccine-preventable diseases.
Clallam County Public Health offers immunization services to children, adolescents, and adults by appointment on Wednesdays in Port Angeles by calling 360-417-2274, or every other Thursday in Forks by calling 360-374-3121.
