E-Cigarette Use
Some Washington State counties and cities have local laws/ordinances that prohibit the use of e-cigarettes in public places, just like cigarettes.
Clallam County prohibits the use of environmental tobacco and vapor smoke within or upon a County workplace, Veterans Center, County park, or trail except in designated areas authorized by the Board of Clallam County Commissioners. Businesses and landlords may also prohibit the use of e-cigarettes.
