Court Facilitator
The court facilitator assists self-represented individuals in accessing family court. The court facilitator does not provide legal representation, but can assist clients with basic information such as which documents need to be filed, how to file them and serve other parties, and when to go to court. Parties may be required to pay fees for consultation or legal packets depending on financial status. You may email the court facilitator (or see our email form) and the phone number is 360-417-2588. Office hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, except the last Thursday of every month they are in Forks 10 am - 4 pm.

If you need to file a protection order, free forms are available at the Clallam County Clerk's Office.
