Utilities Division
The Clallam County Public Works Utility Division is responsible for accounting, office administration, public information, operations, maintenance and capital projects for two County operated wastewater systems and solid waste management. Our mission is to provide public services and infrastructure that enhances the economic and social vitality of Clallam County.

Paying Your Utility Bill
You can pay with most major credit or debit cards online via LexisNexis.
LexisNexis is an independent 3rd party company that charges a transaction fee for each payment. Debit card fee of $2.50 for debit card payments. E-check fee of $1.50 for e-check payments (withdrawal from bank account). Maximum transaction amount is $300.00.
Credit card fees are $2.50 for transactions between $0 - $50. For transactions over $50 the transaction fee is based on a formula established by Lexis Nexis. Please contact us for fee amount regarding transactions over $50. All these fees are set by LexisNexis and are subject to change.
We cannot accept credit or debit card payments over the phone.
Please note: the County cannot absorb fees associated with accepting E-Checks and credit/debit cards. The only way we can accept such payments is by contracting with service providers such as LexisNexis, with the fees charged by such service providers paid by the customers who choose to use this service.
