Financial Assistance Available

Financial assistance is available to help qualifying homeowners repair or replace failing on-site septic systems. This assistance can come in the form of Craft 3 and USDA and low-interest loans or up to 75% cost share assistance through the Clallam Conservation District. Inspection Rebate Request Program

Clallam County Environmental Health offers homeowners the opportunity to apply for a rebate/incentive to get either part or all of their inspection or locate costs covered.  This program has been completely dependent on grant funding in the past but is in the process of being developed for regular funding through the O&M Program via the OSS Fee.
